Support Help for Printing Pioneer School Information

Printing Data Many use a form filler program to print the Pioneer School Enrollment form which may actually be the easiest way. However, for the die hards, there is a way of filling it through Circuit Data on the Go.

Buttons on Right of Form

Find Students - These buttons will walk you through the task of setting up the pioneer school. As you used earlier, the first button can select all the students automatically from the database.

Compose Letter - Then click the next button on the list “Compose Letter” to put your letter to the students together.

Invite Letter - Will show you what the letter will look like after printing.

Email Letter - After the letter is complete, you can then email all the students automatically a copy of their letter. You can also attach the enrollment record as well as you go. Each student will be done separately in the process. Automatically attaching the PDF version of the letter to an email directly from the program is only supported in the full version of the program.

PDF to Desktop - You can also simply PDF the letter to the desktop using this button. However, this can only be done using the full version. Using the stand alone run time version of the program must use the print function and then save the file as a PDF to the location you choose.

Print First Set - Allows you print the first portion of the form in a two step process, running the paper twice through the printer if you need to print a second column of students. In this printing, the brother assisting you and other pertinent information will be printed on the form.

Print Second Set - Then run the form (paper used on the first set of printing) to print the second set of students. Only students in the second column will be printed.

Schedule - This is the schedule of lessons to be taught during the school. Go to this form to select features of the schedule, including which instructor will teach which units.

Place Card - Some may prefer to use a “Place Card” informing and welcoming students of their location and seat in the class. You don’t need to use this, but it is there just in case!

Export Data - This is included if you want to merge the information from the database with another program such as Microsoft Word.
