Support Help for Creating Circuit Personnel Lists

How to Create Circuit Personnel Lists

Follow these simple steps to get your Circuit Personnel Lists ready!

  • Click on the "Circuit Personnel" button from the "Directory" to get to the proper form
  • Be sure you are on the "View Roster" tab
  • To add a brother, click "+" icon on the far left which will take you to a 'selector' form with a portal showing, scroll down through the brothers to see the one you would like to select.
  • Click on the name of the brother and it will then close the window and his name will show in the roster, but without any designation of responsibility yet.
  • Select which department he is assigned and if he is the Overseer or Assistant from the drop down lists.
  • To delete someone from the list - simply click on the delete icon on the far right and he will disappear from the list.

Additional Info

  • You have the option of selecting the search for Elders and in some cases you may need ministerial servants. The Radio Box will allow you to choose, right under "Add Brother"
  • You can expand the comments for the RC Committee by clicking on the comments portion of the field, making it easier to see and enter comments.
  • NOTE: for names to show in the Pick List when choosing brothers, they must be listed as either elders or ministerial servants in the database and assigned to a congregation
  • You can print out a list for each section by clicking on the "Print" button

Troubleshooting

What if names appear incorrectly or are listed twice?

This sometimes happens if data is imported from another database or information is somehow mixed with previous circuit sections designations etc. Solution is to go to the top menu (after making a backup!) while in the "Personnel" portion of the program and click "Records" then "Show All Records" then "Delete All Records". You will need now to reselect all Personnel again, but the comments should still be there as you re-enter the Departments and add the person back.
