Support Help for Making a Roster for the RC Committee

The Recommendations for the Regional Convention Committee

When it's time to make out the rosters for the Regional Convention Committees use this simple function located here.

Use the procedure below to make out your list quickly for the committee:

  • Be sure you have made out your Circuit Personnel Roster by going to "Circuit Info" from the Main form and click on "Circuit Personnel"
  • Double check to see that all your brothers are listed correctly.
  • Double check all contact information on brothers listed to be sure it is up to date.
  • Enter some meaningful comments as directed by the branch for each brother under the "RC Comments" field. Click on each field and type in your information. You may also copy and paste this information as well. After pasting, it is often helpful to type "Command + Z" which will remove any formatting after pasting.
  • Click on the tab "Roster for RC"
  • Determine which congregations will be going to which convention. The program allows you to divide up your personnel among 10 different conventions.
  • Enter the Convention Overseer's Contact Information in the database under Contacts. He does NOT have to be listed as an elder in a congregation in your circuit. However, he may already be an elder in your circuit. Just enter the basic information, no need for baptism dates etc! Just the basics!
  • After dividing up where the congregations will go by selecting the properly numbered radio button.
  • Type in a brief introduction to be included in your letter.
  • Next click on "Print/Email Roster" to print a separate letter for each Convention and the Overseer. If you want to email the roster, select "Email" then find the correct Convention Overseer in the picker list. The letter will then be sent with the brother assigned to that convention via PDF to email
  • Due to the recent instructions, you will be given the opportunity to select "Other" or just general personnel. These lists must now be generated separately and send in separate letters.
