Emailing Directly from the Program - Error messages

We have had some users report that they can no longer send email messages directly from the program. In all cases so far the problem has been resolved and it has to do with selections made in your operating system, not from the program itself.

Here's what happens: A script within the program calls for an email to be created and sent via your email client. If the client is not selected or is set up incorrectly, the program simply cannot find a way to send the email and then an error message results. Many computers are might currently be set up this way and usually you would never know this issue exists or see this message. However, if a software program calls for your email client to start up, and it can't do so, you will then realize the problem.

This problem can occur seemingly out of the blue, perhaps after installing some software or upgrading the operating system (as some experienced with the upgrade to Lion) Don't fear there is a solution.

Also, you will find that in a pinch, your iPad will probably still work fine! It only has one email client to select from!
